Employees should work from home where possible
Conduct all meetings between employees and with suppliers/contractors virtually where possible
Activities with close and prolonged contact should be cancelled or defered
Redeploying of vulnerable employees to another role that s suitable for working from home.
Implement stagger working/break hours and shifts or split team arrangement for employees who cannot work from home
Minimize need for physical touchpoints
Ensure physical spacing of at least 1 metre between persons in situation that physical interaction is required
