Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is that part of quality assurance which ensures that medical devices are consistently stored, transported and handled under suitable condition as required by the manufacturer authorization or product specification.
Companies that are involved in wholesaling and/or importing Medical Devices in Singapore are required to pass the GDPMDS certification audit prior to applying for Importer or Wholesaler’s Licence.

Internal Audit Services
Organization may want to outsource the maintenance of the ISO system. This includes conducting internal audits, managing corrective actions, preparation of information for the Management Review meeting, and consulting on the planning and monitoring of improvement objectives.
Preshipment Inspection
This inspection is carried out by selecting samples of the products at random, according to sampling standards and procedures. The inspection ensure that the production is in accordance with the specifications, purchase orders or letters of credit.
Container Loading Inspection
Factory Audit
This is carried out in manufacturer's warehouse or at the forwarder's premises. Our inspector first checks the quality and quantity of the goods to be shipped to make sure that the right products will be delivered. Our inspector then monitors the entire loading phase to ensure good container(s) condition and appropriate loading.
With reference to ISO 9001 or customer specific requirements, our inspector will perform the factory audit. All the important elements, such as quality system procedures, production capacity, staff facilities, hygiene etc are audited.
