ISO 28000:2007 Consultancy

ISO 28000 is a supply chain security management standard. It was 
 first published in 2005 as a  publicly available specification (PAS). 
 This current version was officially published on September 15, 2007. 
 It cancels and replaces ISO/PAS 28000 2005. Its purpose is to help 
 improve the security of supply chains.

ISO 28000 defines a set of security management requirements. 
 If your organization is part of a supply chain, ISO 28000 expects you 
 to establish a security management system (SMS) that complies with 
 these requirements. It then expects you to use this system to protect 
 people, products, and property.

ISO 50001 Consultancy

ISO 50001 is a new global standard for Energy Management. It is based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, with requirement for:

c. having periodical forecast of energy

ISO 50001 is based on regulatory compliance and has the same structure as ISO 14001. it can be easily integrated into exisitng Quality, Safety and/or Environment Management Systems.

Container Loading Check

This is carried out in manufacturer's warehouse or at the forwarder's premises. Our inspector first checks the quality and quantity of the goods to be shipped to make sure that the right products will be delivered. Our inspector then monitors the entire loading phase to ensure good container(s) condition and appropriate loading.

Pre-shipment Inspection

This Production Inspection is carried out by selecting samples of the products at random, according to sampling standards and procedures. The inspection ensure that the production is in accordance with the specifications, purchase orders or letters of credit.

ISO 28007:2012 Consultancy

ISO 28007 sets out the guidance for applying ISO 28000 to Private Maritime Security Companies. 

This PAS gives guidelines containing additional sector-specific recommendations, which organizations who comply with ISO 28000 can implement to demonstrate that they provide Privately Contracted Armed Security Personnel on board ships. To claim compliance with these guidelines, all recommendations should be complied with. Compliance can be by first, second and third party (certification). 

GDPMDS

Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices – GDPMDS

Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is that part of quality assurance which ensures that products are consistently stored, transported and handled under suitable condition as required by the marketing authorisation or product specification.

Companies that are involved in wholesaling and/or importing Medical Devices in Singapore are required to pass the GDPMDS certification audit prior to applying for Importer or 

Wholesaler’s Licence. In order to be certified by the certification bodies, companies are required to have implemented a quality management system (QMS) that comply with GDPMDS requirements.
Companies can employ GMP/GDP consultant’s compliance to save you some time and minimise abortive efforts if you have not done similar system before.

Having a well- designed quality management system (QMS) will give you consistent product or service quality, efficiency and cost benefits as oppose to a poorly designed one which will become a burden to your business.

Factory Audit
