Traceability Vs Chain of Custody (ISCC Requirements)

Traceability - Ability to identify and trace the origin, processing history, distribution and location of products and materials through supply chains.

Information on sustainable material is forwarded and traced through supply chains via Sustainability Declarations.

Chain of Custody - The process of transferring, monitoring and controlling inputs and outputs and related specific information as they move through the supply chain.

Under ISCC the chain of custody options mass balance and physical segregation are available for handling material.
