Maintain management system documents including distribution list covering sustainability requirements at all relevant operations.
Maintain written commitment by the management to comply with the requirement of ISCC systems.
Maintain internal procedures/processes with respect to traceability, mass balance, GHG calculation at critical control point’s incoming and outgoing materials, warehouse bookkeeping, weighbridge, logistics, sales, distribution, quality control etc.
Maintain and appoint personnel who are responsible for implementation, verification and development and updating of ISCC requirements at all critical control points.
Maintain organization charts, job description, responsibilities and authority of appointed personnel regarding critical control points.
